B.K.T. Restaurant

We chance upon having lunch at B.K.T. by Kongkee in Far East Square.  There are many dishes to choose from the menu which was hung on the side of each table.

We decide to have braised eggs, beancurd, peanuts (groundnuts), sliced fish soup, Bak Kut Teh and braised pork leg.

Slice Fish soup - very peppery yet delicious

Bak kut teh soup (no extra refills of this dark coloured soup, but they are willing to serve you free refills of the light colour soup).

Braised Pork Leg - tender

The restaurant is located along China Street, near Puay Heng Capitol Noodles and Hock Lam Beef Noodles.  The address is:

B.K.T. by Kong Kee
19/20 China Street, #01-01, Singapore.

It's open on Sundays as well. The staff are very friendly and there's free refill of the light colour soup (not the dark one though).
