It was my first time having a meal at Earle Swensons. My usual hangout with my family is usually at Swensons Changi Airport Terminal 2 as we have a big extended family coming and leaving the country from time to time.
The salad bar's spread of dishes is quite varied - ranges from the usual carrot & lettuce to Waldorf salad (lots of apples), marinated tau-kwah, wanton skin, potato chips with cheese or bbq sauce, chendol jelly, etc. Pretty interesting.
The salad buffet (free flow) costs SGD13.90 per adult. But if you order a main course (min SGD17.90 onwards to SGD30.00), the salad buffet is free.
